What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a model of a holistic approach to health and well-being where we treat the whole body and identify the underlying causes of ill-health, not just the symptoms. We aim to educate, support and empower you by developing preventative strategies, improve nutrient deficiencies and ultimately increase your health and vitality so that you not only get well and stay well but lead a full and vibrant life.
People often turn to Naturopathy when conventional medicine fails to produce beneficial results. However, you do not need a diagnosis to benefit from Naturopathy. as prevention is better than cure and maintaining health and wellness allows you prevent the onset of ill-health.
What Happens In A Naturopathic Consultation?
We take your health very seriously. Your first appointment will be very comprehensive and generally takes 1 – 1.5 hours.
